(Cool Springs, TN) NextHome Music City Realty announces the addition of identical twin brothers, Abe and David Kiggins, The Kiggins Brothers Team, to their growing offering of industry leading Real Estate agents. These two high-energy, innovative and well-traveled brothers are tag-teaming to provide middle Tennessee home buyers and sellers and commercial investors a power-packed duo that are ready to solve real estate challenges.
Both brothers are long-time entrepreneurs and have spent over a decade in the Nashville market working with and for the entertainment and sports industries.

Born in Los Angeles, the two brothers sought separate paths as David graduated from the University of Arkansas and Abe from the University of Tennessee. David went into publishing and publicity and most recently exceled as an agent/broker in the entertainment industry, while Abe was a trainer for many of the world’s elite athletes at UT and in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, as well as an outdoor adventurer and retail store owner in Knoxville.
Abe said, “We’ve both had successful individual careers and are fortunate enough to have lovely and smart wives and supportive families. Now, we want to shake up the Nashville real estate market with an energy and passion typically only seen at the most elite corporate, entertainment and athletic levels-because those are our professional backgrounds.
