Bringing nearly two decades of invaluable experience across various segments of the real estate industry to her new position with NextHome Music City Realty, Orsino is fully equipped to help new homeowners along a stress-free path to their dream homes. She specializes in new construction homes, a growing sector of the Tennessee real estate market, and features properties throughout the Tennessee counties of Williamson, Rutherford and Maury, including the towns of Franklin/Cool Springs, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station and Nolensville.

Prior to joining NextHome Music City Realty, Orsino spent more than 15 years with Royal Shell Properties in Sanibel, Florida, where she garnered a wealth of experience in sales, helping guests become owners and managing high-end vacation rentals. She was also a licensed agent in Florida for four years before she moved to Tennessee and became a licensed broker. Most recently, she served as closing coordinator with D. R. Horton in Nolensville for more than two years. She is currently a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
