Todd Grubaugh brings a total package of professionals that will take you through the whole buying process. I was picturing a difficult experience because it was my first home purchase. It was so easy... anything that comes up from financing to home inspection you just call Todd. He has someone for that or he knows the answer himself. If I buy or sell in the future, I will make sure to give my business to Todd.
We have now used Todd 2 times to help us find our house. Todd is great to work with he knows a lot of things and will point out good and bad things about a house that you might have missed while looking at it. We looked at so many houses this last time probably over 30 and Todd was with us at each one as we tried to find the right house for us. Todd will bend of backwards to help with what you need which is why we will always use Todd in the future and recommend Todd to whoever we know looking to purchase or sell their house. Oh yeah he SOLD our house in 1 day!!!
