As the Chief Legislative, Financial, and Administrative Officer, Gary played a pivotal role in the functioning of one of the most significant legislative bodies in the world. He dedicated five years to this prestigious position, demonstrating his exceptional leadership and management skills on the national stage.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi, laying the foundation for his analytical and problem-solving skills.
